TERMS & CONDITIONS - MANZA SURF TAGHAZOUT
 

1. General Information
 

These Terms & Conditions govern the services offered by Manza Surf Taghazout through our website www.manzasurf.com. By booking any service (lessons, guiding, or accommodation), you agree to these terms.

2. Services Offered
 

We provide surf lessons, surf guiding, adventure experiences (such as sandboarding), and surf apartment rentals. All activities are subject to wave/weather conditions and availability.

3. Booking & Payment
 

  • Bookings are made via our website, approved partners (Viator/Tripadvisor), or direct communication (WhatsApp/Email).

  • For Activities: Full payment or a deposit is required at the point of your activity

  • For Apartment Rentals: A deposit of 20% is required to secure the dates. The remaining balance is due upon arrival in cash (MAD, EUR) or via Paypal.

4. Meeting Points
 

As a mobile surf school, we do not have a fixed physical shop. Meeting points and pick-up times will be coordinated via WhatsApp based on the best surf conditions, please be punctual

5. Surf Apartment Rules
 

  • Check-in/out: Standard check-in is at 12, check-out at 10, unless agreed otherwise.

  • Care of Property: Guests are expected to treat the apartment and its inventory with respect.

  • Sand & Salt: To protect the interior, please rinse off sand and salt at the provided outdoor areas before entering the apartment.

  • Smoking Policy: Manza Surf Apartment is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited inside the Surf Apartment. Any violation will result in a professional deep-cleaning fee of [e.g., 50 EUR].

  • Pet Policy: No pets or animals are allowed inside the apartment. This strictly includes local street cats and dogs. While we love the local animals, bringing them inside is prohibited for hygiene and maintenance reasons.

  • Quiet Hours: Our apartment is located in a residential family area. To respect our neighbors, Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM (22:00) to 08:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time.

  • Registered Guests Only: Only guests included in the original booking are allowed inside the apartment. External visitors or overnight guests are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Manza Surf.

  • Damages: Any significant damage to the apartment or loss of keys will be charged to the guest.

5. Equipment Responsibility
 

  • We provide surfboards and wetsuits for our lessons.

  • Participants are responsible for the equipment during the session.

  • In case of loss or damage caused by gross negligence (e.g., leaving a board unattended or surfing in rocky areas against the instructor's advice), the guest is liable for repair or replacement costs.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
 

  • Client Cancellations: Cancellations of any Surf Packages made more than 48 hours before the activity receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

  • Apartment Cancellations: Cancellations for the apartment made less than 7 days before arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of the deposit amount.

  • Manza Surf Cancellations: We reserve the right to reschedule activities due to unsafe weather. In such cases, we offer an alternative date, an alternative activity (e.g., Paradise Valley), or a full refund for the activity part.

7. Liability & Safety
 

  • Surfing and outdoor activities carry inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge these risks.

  • Manza Surf is not liable for personal injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.

  • Swimming Ability: All surf participants must be able to swim.

  • Instructions: You must follow the instructor’s safety instructions at all times.

8. Health & Media
 

  • Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any medical conditions (asthma, heart issues, etc.) before the activity.

  • Photo/Video: We may take photos during activities for our website/social media. If you do not wish to be featured, please let us know beforehand.​

9. Governing Law
 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of Agadir, Morocco.
