These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services offered by Manza Surf (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website www.manzasurf.com. By booking any service on our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services Offered

​

We provide surf lessons, surf guiding, and adventure experiences including sandboarding tours. All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.

3. Booking & Payment

​

• All bookings must be made through our website or via approved partners (Viator/Tripadvisor).

• Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.

• Prices are listed in EUR (or specify your currency) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Client Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled activity will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.

• Manza Surf Cancellations:

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to unsafe weather, low participation, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or alternative date.

 

5. Liability

• Participation in surfing and outdoor activities carries inherent risks. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

• Manza Surf is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the activity.

• Participants must follow the instructor’s safety instructions at all times.

6. Health & Safety

​

Participants must inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or disabilities prior to booking. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe it may compromise your safety or the group’s.

7. Use of Website

​

You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes or to infringe on the rights of others. All content on the website is the property of Manza Surf and may not be used without permission.

8. Governing Law

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of Agadir, Morocco.
